Unbelievable December

Hello! I've been really busy with school work, Rhapsody practices, church events and etc. This post is gonna be really long as it sums up most of the stuff I did in late November and early December.

Beautiful morning and I love my neighborhood because it is serene and there are ample of facilities around.

Had breakfast with Mom and she left for work. Sister is off-day so it's some bonding time for us.
Bro just gotten well from flu. It's a self-declared siblings-stay-home day.

Dearest MX sent me the picture above when I woke up today.
"Do you like Suzy? Hahaha. Took this for you lol haha."
Best friend remembered me even though she is 4669.27 kilometers away from me. *heart-touched*

Candlelight service on Saturday 14th December!
It's the most beautiful time of the year, candlelights fill the hall spreading so much cheer~

I left early during service as I had to rush for COLOURS and support my Interest Group's Instructor, Mr.Vaughan Tan. Yes, he is a member of Key Elements and he is an awesome singer. Bass for the win~

Our seats were positioned left side of the hall and although the view is not very good but I think it's a new experience for me. Sitting not at the usual upper level or middle, is a whole new learning experience for many of us.

Vocaluptuous kick-started the show with their fast-paced melodies and I noticed that there were five male and one female member. All are good in pronouncing their words clearly and it was thrilling to watch them perform Suit and Tie and even Big Bang's Tonight.

Key Elements were up next and the transition was really smooth with each beat boxer of the previous group welcoming the new group onto the stage. Key Elements's perfect harmony has done us proud and their simple choreography made us moved along with the jazzy groove.

Juz-B is an all-Malays male A Cappella group and they covered mostly English Pop songs. The male soloist is particularly charismatic because he tried to engage the audience by intentionally speaking in his lower register. I think their segment is pretty memorable as they chosen songs which are big hits and currently on the music charts. Despite having a good lead, I think the overall voice was thin and lacking of  a strong back-up vocal support.

MICappella is a Singaporean group which I have been following on YouTube and keeping my eyes on them for some time. They were second on a Chinese competition called The Sing-Off, which is a X-Factor-style competition for strictly a cappella groups. I like their Mandarin renditions and they have a particular style of edgy, R&B feel and sleek choreography.

However, a couple of technical hiccups seemed to shake their confidence and their performance standard. They sounded together for a moment and later off at some points of the song. Pretty disappointing performance by them but I was glad to see them face to face that night.

With my dearest Shi Ling in the school library, chionging our RJ as usual and planning what we should do after school. Being a year older than me, your experience taught me to be more hardworking and your thoughtfulness warms my heart. Thanks for the Christmas present. Muacks!

Alright, who is in for some soccer? 13th December was the last day of school! AWA-AWA-AWA~ A few of my RPY1S2 classmates and I decided to go THE CAGE for some leisure sports and bonding time.

We changed pitch for different timings and we played, we laughed and we danced.

NO ONE ELSE will ever know the strength of my LOVE FOR YOU. After all, you're the only one who knows what my HEART sounds like from the inside. Many more happy and healthy years to come, amen!

Have I told you lately that I love you
Have I told you there's no one else above you
Fill my heart with gladness
Take away all my sadness
Ease my troubles that's what you do

My Cell Group, E13, decided to go for rock climbing at Climb Asia as a cell group outing last November.
Their Boulder Cave which is about 4 meters high is pretty cool.
But the strong stench of sweat inside the room is too intolerable for me.

This is something you probably must get and have to protect your precious skin while climbing up the rock walls with your bare hands.
I am ready! ARE YOU READYY?
After lunch, we potted some climbers doing this Outdoor Climbing Wall. I admired their skills and guts cos' it looked really scary if you missed clipping securely onto the 15 meters high wall.
The Indoor Climbing Wall which is about 9 meters high is pretty fun. All of us tried and gave our best. It was a total workout after coming down in sweat.
To me, another big sport achievement for 2013. Thank God everyone was safe and sound and we enjoyed our time there. I can't wait to go back there to climb again.
There's always gonna be another mountain. I'm always gonna wanna make it move.

Attended Wilbur and Yen Lynn's Holy Matrimony at The Colonial @ Scotts on the 9th November and  also attended their wedding dinner too. Such a loving and hilarious couple who watched me grow up.

Audrey and I took some pictures using the bouquet of roses which Yen Lynn finished using for her Matrimony.
And we almost, we almost knew what love was, but almost is never enough.

Painted my own nails using THEFACESHOP BL601.

Looking back at the pictures, juggling with examinations, school and leisure, I give my biggest thanks to God. Without Him, I am out of balance, lost and probably couldn't accomplish what I wish to do. I may not know what you have been through this few weeks, but I am certain that you are able to get through every obstacles and stand tall and say "I am stronger than yesterday."
