As you know, I love to sing and singing is a way of expression for me. It is a joy to sing and it takes me much effort to learn my favourite hobby. I embrace every chance to learn music, to learn different genres, to experiment with my voice. Singing is the best hobby I started and have since young, and I will continue to do so even when I have children in the future. There are many benefits of singing or even learning how to sing. I thank God for this voice He has given me and I will cherish , protect and improve it, and use it to serve Him and His people for His glory.
I have an interest group in Republic Polytechnic and it is called Rhapsody. I am in Acattack, a sub group of Republic Polytechnic Rhapsody Interest Group, an A Cappella singing group. Acattack is a team made up of Rhapsody freshmen and we have a panache for swagger and signature trumpet sound.
This Christmas, we will be performing at Changi City Point for a Christmas event titled The Canopy of Dreams. Beside us, there will also be performances put together by various bands, by students from Republic Polytechnic, School of Technology for the Arts(STA), in collaboration with Changi City Point.
