Yesterday I came earlier to church to help Carmen as her make-up model for Make-Up Ministry tutorial. Thanks for the Strawberry Kiss treat babe! As she was late, I volunteered to be the model for the tutorial teacher to demonstrate.
Really insightful time and a whole new respect for Make-Up Ministry. It ain't easy although it seems a breeze when they create wonders on our faces. All skills and crafts are given by God.
Taught tuition yesterday morning at 8:30 am and I was literally burned out. Kid was not behaving, the syllabus was getting harder so it requires me to be more stern towards him so he can put aside his distractions .

Honestly, it was really tiring for past week. 3 days - Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I have to perform and unfortunately missed class. It was upsetting but LOA (Leave of Absence) was given to all performers. We sang A Cappella, Heartless and I Knew You Were Trouble for past 8 sessions. Yes, meaning 24 songs sang in total. Phew~ It is over! I felt really shiok when singing for the very last session as we sounded really good, the rhythm was right and we were on pitch somemore!
I can't ask for any better team members because they were amazing. We were allocated in Backstage Dressing Room of the 1000-seaters theater and was freezing like mad. Looking back, I think it was an unique experience and it definitely taught me new lessons.
I can't wait to attend my own Graduation Ceremony in 2016!

Da-da! Chinese Dumpling Festival is coming and my 2nd Aunt started making sticky rice dumpling today. It is more commonly known as 肉粽節 and also a time where dragon boat festival normally occurs.
My exams are coming and I'll try to catch up with my writings too! Meanwhile take care!
