Singapore is a very humid, warm and 'fine' city. As a Singaporean, I still like to complain to my mom how unbearable the weather are these days and how I can sweat after coming straight out from my afternoon shower. It is really irritating as I can sweat profusely while I study in my room.. The concentration is lost here and there.

Time to share some knowledge and it can help me to recap for my upcoming examinations.
What is Motivation?
Motivation:
Processes that account for an individual's goal-directed behaviour - Arousal, Direction, Intensity and Maintenance.
Objective: To differentiate between motivation and performance.
Just because someone performs a task well does not mean he or she is highly motivated. Motivation relates to effort put in towards a goal.
Example:
Both Ah Ming and Ah Heng are taking a mathematics test for their upcoming exam.
Ah Ming gives his all in preparing for the test while Ah Heng does not put in any effort in preparing for the exam. Ah Ming might have performed poorly in his mathematics test but he has put forth a greater effort but have fallen short because he lacks the same Math abilities as Ah Heng.
One part of motivation is maintaining behaviour.
If someone does not persist at meeting their goals, they cannot be said to be very motivated.

In life, we often lack motivation to study, to revise for upcoming examinations and give in to our temptations. Study temptations come in several forms, sweet/salty one(indulging food), musically flavor one(watching YouTube videos) or even comfy one(taking a
-> I will be going for AZ District Revelation Camp, only for the finale night session as I have a paper on that afternoon. Sadly, but unfortunately. No worries, my heart is widely open to learn more things from the finale session. Hoping for some laying-hands session too!
I would be taking a break as my examinations are starting next Friday. Do pray for me that I will ace all my five papers with peace of God and with wisdom. My knowledge applications will be accurate and fast, and also favor of facilitators, markers and of God.
Far away in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them and try to follow where they lead.
