Reflection

D-Day for Preview 3 for Rhapsody and yes, we performed 3 songs in total. Ain't No Sunshine, A cappella and Price Tag. We decided to gather earlier to warm up and practice our choreography before heading into Practice Room 3A for Rhapsody official practice time at 11 AM. 

 We had our second warm up which is also Rhapsody official's warm up conducted by Josselyn. Then team by team, we have to sound check before the actual preview. 

We practiced thoroughly and went through the dance steps to make sure that Warren is able catch-up. Then off we go!~

 After four teams performed, Zaini and Pei Ying (Advisors) came in to watch the two selected teams'performance. I was glad that our performance was good today. I am delighted to perform with my team members and this is a breakthrough for me in what I love to do. Singing. Dancing. 

First time meeting a critic really exposed me to many reflections. Zaini gave us good questions after watching us performed. These questions also made me ponder what genre of music I like? He wants to let us know that our purpose in Rhapsody is not just to have fun but to grow our musicianship and knowledge in various genres. This made me feel bad as my music bank is small. I got to do my own homework and reflect on what type of music I like and dislike. 

I guess we all been through times when the feedback we receives ain't in our favor, on the other hand,  they can be gems in certain perspectives as it renews your view on certain matters and let you reflect on yourself.

By2 is a Singaporean duo based in Taiwan and famous duo is composed of twins Miko Bai Wei-Fen, 白緯芬 (the older sister) and Yumi Bai Wei-Ling, 白緯玲 (the younger sister).Both of them were born March 23, 1992 and this year they are twenty one years old. 

I mentioned how much I love them and support their music and recently on 8th of September, they performed their latest new single and even did opening-pitching for the game. Watch their performance and be amazed! Although it might be a little lip-synced, they tried their best. 

Both sisters are professional in their dancing and singing. This LIVE performance really inspired me to sing and dance as well as them. They are my role models. *wink* Hope to personally meet them and yes, I am waiting for their new album to come to the stores in Singapore.
