My older sister tweeted this picture and this is a precious reminder for me. In Chinese it says "Kind people are always happy and people who are thankful always feel contented". Even though this is not the accurate English translation, but I definitely feel that it is true.
I may not be perfect and have many flaws. I may get criticized by strangers and get misunderstood. But at the end of the day, it boils down to "Who am I"?
When you are confident of who you are, your very own identity. No matter how much bad news you heard other people saying about yourself, you will not get affected. The reason is simple, their words hold no value and of no encouragement, you do not need to take it to heart.
