Alright, I am in the midst of working hard and putting my very effort in my academics. I went to discuss maths with SL this afternoon in library and accompanied her to KOI shop to purchase her favourite jelly milk tea. SL is a fan of drinking bubble tea. Have you heard of the news about the bubble tea's pearls on tv tonight? So scary, okay gotta advise her not to drink so much. Please cut down okay?
Under the first five modules in Semester 1 in RP, Organisational Behaviour is on the modules.
From O.B. I will understand the behaviours of myself and my teammates as I will be working and learning
in teams for the next three years in RP. This would help me to value diversity and to work through personal differences and preserving harmony. How nice right? *mini-giggle*
In the near future, this module will be extremely useful in helping me to select the right job for myself (and the
right people for different jobs if I am a boss) HAHAA I will be a very kind and pretty boss one. Also, having the understanding on my own natural tendencies and those of others, I can manage weaknesses to improve on mine and other’s work performance.Personality Job Fit : Personality of Candidate = Personality Required for Job

Big 5 Dimensions of Personality
What is personality? First word we might think of is 个性 but is it just that?
Personality is defined as:
- Relatively enduring patterns of thoughts, emotions and behaviours that characterise a person.
- Can be described through 5 categories of traits :
1. Conscientiousness 2. Agreeableness 3.Neuroticism 4. Openness to Experience 5.Extroversion
Try saying them as fast and accurate as possible! I bet your tongue twisted a little here and there. *big laugh*
1. Conscientiousness
- Tendency to be dutiful (motivated by duty rather than desire) and seeking competence (condition of being capable) and achievement (accomplishment)
2. Agreeableness
- Tendency to defer (submit humbly to a person or a person's wishes) to others and seek social harmony
(社会和谐)
3. Neuroticism
- Tendency to easily experience unpleasant (causing discomfort, unhappiness, etc) emotions
4. Openness to Experience
- Fascination with novelty (新奇; new, unusual, fresh, interesting)
- Tendency to enjoy diversity
5.Extroversion
- Tendency to seek stimulation (促进,the act of arousing someone to act) and engage with the external world
Take note: The Big-5 Dimensions of Personality are on a continuum from high to low. (High, Medium, Low)
And to take note that High Conscientiousness + Low Neuroticism = Better Individual Performance across most jobs (done by research) Seems logical, so do pray that when you are looking for your very first job after university, you have both high conscientiousness and low neuroticism.
I went to http://richardstep.com/dope-personality-type-quiz/ to find out what type of Personality Bird am I.
After answering 40 questions...
I am a DOVE. *flip wings*
Do try out and let me know if you are a dove too!
Stay awesome and remember to drink more water!~
